Dong Nam Economic Zone Management Board held a meeting to announce the results of the quality of emissions at the Biomass Fuel Vietnam Factory
During the operation, BMFV always pays attention to environmental protection, considering the opinion of local authorities, and the surrounding community to make the environment greener, cleaner, and more beautiful. BMFV invested in a white exhaust smoke (steam) treatment system - to prevent dust, smell, and especially condensate steam emitted from chimneys to reduce the visual of steam to meet expectations from related parties. The project has been put into operation, and the steam visual has decreased significantly.
On July 19, 2024, Dong Nam Economic Zone Management Board held a meeting to review environmental protection works and announce the results of the quality of emission at the Biomass Fuel Vietnam Factory. The meeting was participated by: the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; People's Committee of Hung Nguyen district; People's Committee of Hung Tay commune; Village heads of villages: Khoa Da and Ha Khe in Hung Tay commune; Leaders of companies: Biomass Fuel Vietnam Co., Ltd., VSIP Nghe An Co., Ltd., Luxshare – ICT (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., Everwin Precision Co., Ltd. and Great Longview Co., Ltd.
At the meeting, Dong Nam EZ, VSIP Nghe An, BMFV announced the results of emission samples which were taken and analyzed by an independent third party. All results showed that all parameters meet the standard, much lower than allowed limited by law.
