Green Gold Label (GGL) is an international certification programme for sustainable biomass. GGL was established in 2002 and is owned by the Green Gold Label Foundation. GGL is amongst the earliest biomass certification schemes. It has acquired a unique track record in the certification and tracking and tracing of sustainable biomass.
1. Commitment by the Management
Biomass Fuel Vietnam is committed to procuring products and services that ensure that materials are sourced from legal and well-managed sources that have been certified to credible certification standards. Through this declaration, top-level management is showing its commitment to ensuring all requirements from the following standards and related normative documents are met:

– GGLS1 chain of custody criteria
– GGLS4 Transaction certificate

2. Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to procuring products that have been certified against an internationally recognized standard (GGL Standard) that is in line with Local Environmental requirements for the responsible sourcing of biomass.

4. Health and Safety
We are committed to ensuring that all necessary health and safety measures are taken. Through these measures, we provide a safe and healthy environment for our staff to operate and work in.
5. Quality Management
We will ensure that all relevant staff is trained and competent in carrying out their responsibilities as identified in the relevant GGL manuals. All necessary resources are made available to support the standards and certification requirements including carrying out annual internal audits. The annual audits will be reviewed by management and proposed follow-up will be supported.
6. Legality
We are committed to sourcing only material that has been produced, processed, and traded in compliance with applicable legislation in the country where the material originates from. We also refer to the legislation and regulations relating to the use of biomass as feedstock for the production of electricity and/or heat in destination market, stipulated by the relevant and responsible authorities.
